When organizing in smaller spaces, it is important to make the most of every square inch! Using tools such as shelving units to avoid large voids and wall hooks/hangers can make even the smallest closets seem spacious. Another important key is to make sure each category of your belongings (i.e. scarves, hats) is separated and have their own unique home, not just thrown in random locations. By making a home for each of your belongings you are able to greatly reduce and prevent clutter piles. Small space organization will transforms a claustrophobic room into one that is much more efficient and enjoyable to live in.
